"We booked the hotel partially because breakfast was included. When we checked in, they said they stopped doing breakfast. Hotels.com was kind and refunded us our cost for getting breakfast at the Tim Hortons nearby. But the rooms walls were paper thin and you could hear everything going on, including the shower in the Next Room at 3:00 in the morning. Also hear the sound of wind whistling under the crack in the door. Next time I'll spend a little more and stay elsewhere"

"Hot tub jets were not working!!! The sheet had someone else’s blood on them!!!! Barely saw staff and when I did they were on their phones and the house keeping staff was very loud. "

"After staying at over 8 different hotels in the Maumee area over the past year, I've found this location is the best overall value due to price, safety, cleanliness, and bed comfort. While I've seen much worse, some of the finish work from the update done sometime in the recent past is visually off, but fully functional and clean. The sliding glass doors in the pool area need replaced or changed to a wall with windows. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The rooms are always tidy and clean. The beds are softest of all hotels/motels in the area that I've been to in their price point. "

"I was generally really pleased with this stay, but I was not aware of the pool closure/renovations and I was very very dissapointed that it was not available. It was one of the reasons I chose this location. Would I be able to get a credit or some type of compensation due to the pool being unavailable during my stay?"
