Check in was very well done by the staff person named John. The room was supplied well, and if I needed something else, I could get it at the desk. The room was clean. The pool was great. The breakfast was very nice. Coffee could be gotten in the lobby all the time. It was nice and quiet in the room, and the area was as well. All of the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room was clean and nice :) There was some hairs on my sheets, but other than that it was good and loved the newly remodeled rooms! The fridge was leaking on the floor so had to keep the towel down, and it wasn’t that cold, and leaked more when you tried to make it colder.

We travel to Mason each year as do thousands, for the Cincinnati Open tennis tournament. We changed our hotel last year to the Studio Suites. It is a great location for the tournament - you can easily walk to the venue. However, the hotel felt a bit run-down from last year. The room was not ready when we arrived, and it was already after 5:00PM. When we got the room, the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, so we did it ourselves - the area around the toilet was especially gross. The electrical outlets were tricky - many of them spit the plugs out as they wouldn't stay in - we had to "prop" the one for the cooktop to use it. The drain in the tub was very slow and you showered with waste water at your feet. The air conditioning cover had black mould - which they did clean when we told them. The staff were very helpful and kind. We used the pool at the end of the day several times which was refreshing. Overall, the hotel is feeling tired and a bit neglected. I think they need to refresh paint in the rooms and focus on doing a better job to clean and ensure that things are in working order (drains, electric outlets). I'm sure the rates are very low any other time, but they ask a relatively high price during the tournament.

The fan was loud in the bathroom. The room was clean and in good repair. If your going to have a kitchen then you should supply pans and things for cooking. If flying wouldn't want to have to buy things for cooking.

The staff were amazing. A little weird 2 hotels in 1, our room was as far back as you could get, not convenient for pool or breakfast, and the back lot is dark and kinda creepy. People wandering around outside, and the overwhelming smell of weed in our room from people smoking outside. (You could see a LOT of daylight under our door). Bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but you could tell fresh renovations and they are working on improvements

Our room had two major issues. One was the faucet in the kitchen area. It popped off when I turned the water on. Made a mess as it looked like a geyser. Not a huge deal as there was another sink in the room. However, when I brought this to the attention of the shift manager, solely so we wouldn’t be charged with any damages, his response was “That’s not possible”. What?!?! Second, was a huge clump of long hair stuck to the back wall of the shower stall. Incredibly GROSS. Obviously the shower wasn’t cleaned properly. Beyond unsanitary. Never will I stay there again. Highly recommend customers staying elsewhere

We recently stayed here and had an exceptional experience The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, especially the front desk during check-in. My room was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bed was remarkably comfortable. The convenient location near the kings island was amazing and the shuttle back and forth was a life/time saver. And last the breakfast buffet was so warm and had a lot of options which the end of our trip easy.

The place was clean but only one step above a dive. I thought it would gave been better given the association with another Choice hotel brand i was familiar with. Breakfast was a zoo. Wall to wall people with nowhere to sit and people waiting for replenishment of the buffet. We decided the night before to check out early after breakfast. Breakfast was unsatisfying and we ended up at Dunkin. I had to pay for the 3 night reservation even though we checked out early. Wasn't pleased about that, but it was that far below expectations. We got a room elsewhere in town.
