"Have stayed at 21c hotels since they first opened in louisville. This stay was a bit disappointing. Noisy room, no housekeeping , safe didn't work even after engineer came. Front desk staff and valet very pleasant. Restaurant excellent"

"I did not like the man that took care of the breakfast on Monday morning. He made my granddaughter and I feel very uncomfortable. Watching us eat and standing right by the food. I had to say excuse me to get some eggs. It was really awkward and uncomfortable. I felt rushed also. We came down at 8:15 for breakfast. "

If (and that’s a big if) they invested a few dollars in the ac systems in the rooms, the plumbing and refreshed the deco look (maybe better lighting?) it would really be incredible. The gym, privately owned but free to guests, was the best I’ve ever seen in a hotel. "
