The room was nice very clean and spacious. Our room was missing a blow dryer and only had 2 towel and 2 wash cloths for 3 adults. Also the pullout bed came with a bag that had 1 pillow and a very scratchy blanket, there were no sheets or bed covers for the mattress on it. The property itself was fine. Cleanish for a busy hotel. The entire place smelled like marijuana smoke but that’s just about everywhere now. The staff members were very friendly and housekeeping although she did not speak English helped us to get sheets and a mattress cover for the pullout bed. Breakfast was pancakes, cereal, Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, yogurt and simple things like that. Overall we had a pleasant stay

The fully equipped kitchen suite was nice! Some of the overall appearance seems outdated and a bit run down to the eye. The thermostat took some adjusting to figure out. The degree numbers on the thermostat didn't move, but after a few hours the room eventually felt cold. The staff were nice and helpful. This wouldn't be a favorite hotel, but it was clean and safe enough that I would stay again if my top 2 choices were already taken.

The room had a sour smell but it looked clean and nice. We had to keep the AC fan on all night which is noisy to prevent the sensor lighting to come on in every room while we were sleeping. The hallway carpet was very dirty and the halls were dim and gloomy. other guests down the hall were loud keeping their doors open yelling and playing loud music until midnight. We won't be back again.

Hotel hallways were dirty and had a strange odor. When vent turned on in room it smelled strongly of marijuana and it was also radiating from multiple rooms. Guests in room beside us were having a rager and screaming much of the night. Room in the other side had barking dogs. Room was cleaner than the hallways. Breakfast consisted of frozen sandwiches you were told to microwave, oatmeal packets, cereal with milk sitting out and a pancake machine that was on the fritz. Workers were very helpful and nice. Entry way was nice. Maybe the section we were in wasn’t. I feel like the pics were from the other Sonesta down the road, which looked much nicer. Not worth the $200+ paid for the room for the night. Parking was fine.

The hotel was nice and we liked all of the extra room of the suite. The only issue were the lights in the room. The bathroom lights are on a sensor. Anytime the person moved in the queen bed closest to the bathroom it went off. And I mean turning over or anything, not standing. It went off all night. You still see the light with the door closed. It was a major distraction. If there was a way to turn them off, we couldn’t find it.
