"I was not informed this was a kids theme hotel. Was surprised upon my arrival that I had no adult options. Bed was uncomfortable & very low to the ground. Box springs setting on the floor! Kiddie environment w/ adult prices & no adult options. This will be my 1st & last time I will stay @ the Graduate!"

"The hotel is totally under renovation, but it’s very disorganized and unclear what’s happening when you walk in - the staff was very non-existent; I honestly saw maybe 5 people the entire stay - the breakfast area was really strange and the garbages were overflowing; it was pretty gross!"
