"Great location for walking into town, the walls and river. Secure car park. Hotel is comfortable and all that you’d expect. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice atmosphere. Can get busy at times at breakfast. "

"The room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only had breakfast but it was lovely and lots of choice. Very good value for money and would definitely go back if we were in chester again "

"Room was great and so was the hotel, just the bed was like sleeping on a PE Mat and the pillows were too big. I only like thin pillows. So really nice but bed not that good for me. Still I'd rather stay here with all the facilities and service."
