"We stayed at the Drury Plaza and were extremely happy with our stay. From being greeted at the front desk and very informed of the amenities that was included to the free parking garage that was safe and nice to have during bad weather. The rooms were clean and the bed slept great. The morning breakfast buffet was not your typical free breakfast. Pancakes were being made fresh on the spot. Nice variety of choices and fresh cut up fruit. The evening snack they offer with drinks were a great surprise. One night was a pasta bar with several choices. Tomatoes basil soup. Spinach salad with sun dried tomatoes and a nacho bar. Something for everyone. Every night was a different menu. They have several Drury Plazas in San Antonio we stayed at the one off loop 1604. We were there 3 nights so enough to have a great experience especially being there for a funeral. "

"We checked out a day early and found somewhere else to stay. Sink would not drain, toilet wouldn’t flush and we had no hot water. Worse experience I have ever had at any Hotel."

"This was a disappointing experience. Staff was helpful but lots of issues on this stay. Fitness room was hot, no water or towels and no remote for the TV. Seemed as it was of no importance which was discouraging as a good fitness room is a must for me. My sink faucet leaked so there was always water on the counter. I had sugar ants on the credenza which was, most likely, caused by the dirty carpet. I even had a picture fall off the wall on my 1st day. Lobby was always dark and a bit depressing. I've stayed here before and was mildly satisfied but, after just 3 nights, I checked out and went to a different hotel. The whole hotel just seemed neglected."

"This property is in serious need of renovation and does not match the condition shown in its online photos. It feels outdated and dingy throughout. During our stay, there was a flooding issue in the main lobby, which only added to the overall poor impression. The restroom artwork had broken frames and visible water damage, and the faucets were worn and faded. The bedding was heavily used, and the overlay blankets were covered in pilling and looked old and unclean. The décor and flooring throughout the property appear neglected and overdue for replacement. The only positives were the friendly staff and the indoor pool, which the kids enjoyed—but overall, the condition of the hotel falls well below expectations."

"La propiedad está en buenas condiciones, el hotel en sí parece anticuado pero es un buen lugar por el precio! La alberca siempre estaba muy limpia, me hospedé 2 noches y 3 días y no limpiaron el cuarto ningún día. El desayuno está bien, la cama era muy cómoda , no tengo nada malo que decir. En los 3 días que estuve hospedada, estuvieron 3 recepcionistas y 2 de ellas eran muy poco amables, la última chica que vi fue muy muy amable! Si volvería a reservar , si vale la pena el precio. Por último me gustaría agregar que los cajones de estacionamiento para los vehículos están muy reducidos , los carros quedan muy cerca uno del otro."
