"Clean rooms, excellent staff (Vanessa, front desk clerk, was amazing!) quiet hotel"

"The Manager, John, gave me and my Son outstanding customer service, our room was clean and our bed was comfy, and the waffles in the morning were delicious. We plan on staying here again."

"Did a early checkout and the staff supposedly had their system frozen and they needed to reset their system, they asked if I wanted to wait for a receipt kr they can send by email. They never did, talked to expedia and hotel and they basically couldn't do anything because there was no notes said the manager at the hottel. I really hope the with ugly nails who supposedly was going to send the receipt and the other guy who was working with her lose the exact amount or more money they srole from...

"My stay at Hampton Inn was very pleasant as usual. Shana at the front desk has gone out of her way to be helpful and I appreciate it."

"Desde el aeropuerto marqué al hotel para que me enviaran el Shuttle, la persona que contestó mi llamada me dijo que todavía no le había llegado mi reservación y que le llamara en 10 minutos, sin importarle que yo estaba exhausta del viaje. Se portó muy despectiva conmigo"

"Great experience! Staff was great, hotel clean, breakfast was good!"

"Our first night was okay. They had to work on the water and shut the water off for more than half of the next day without notice. This was a huge inconvenience. We had to repeatedly call for an update on when the water would come on and had to leave and go somewhere else in order to use the restroom/ water. Huge inconvenience and terrible experience"

"I loved the idea of the suite. We had a small living area a bar a kitchen with two queen beds that were comfortable. The thing is, the tv in the living area didn’t work, there was a great deal of rust on the knob to turn the water on in the tub, the bathroom vent didn’t work, and the floor was not clean. The property was clean and well maintained and the staff was nice. Again I loved the idea but I don’t think I’d stay here again."
