The man at the counter was kind. Everything else was terrible. Photos online are misleading, the area is terrible, the hotel itself dirty, we felt unsafe and stayed somewhere else. When asked what could be done as far as a refund, I was told they do no such thing for any reason.

This was the worst hotel to have ever stayed in. Not sure how Expedia is even associated and promoting this property, let alone how it got such a high rating from other reviewers. There was dried blood on the sheets, the bathroom was covered in mold, there was a 1 inch gap between the top of my door and the door frame, the room smelled like weed despite being smoke-free, and when we turned on the AC it was blowing air that smelled like urine. We barely slept and left after 1 night into our 3 night reservation. Horrific.

Everything was great except the bed of comfort I was a little disappointed mattress had springs. A killer on the back. Book through Agoda website big discount I wasn’t made aware of website till after I paid 😖

Nice rooms but management needs to do better.
The rooms are very nice and have been redone. Unfortunately, however, I did not have a good experience because of management error. They gave another guest a key card for my room and he barged in in the middle of the night. As a solo female traveler I was unnerved to say the least. Unacceptable.

Did my reservation a week in advance got confirmation. When I arive at hotel they had overbooked and did not have a room for me. The hotel attended the send me to a Different hotel 6 blocks away. I denied to accept. The property was degraded, loud music in parking lot. And meny low life people loitering the premises. It felt very unsafe

Staff were friendly and helpful. It would be good to expand the front office to offer guest a separate bathroom upon check-in we traveled 6 hours and needed a bathroom. We were allowed to use a room restroom but it would be more convenient to have one near the office for guests only if needed. Also it would allow for staff to accommodate more then one guest at the front desk. The location was convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped with frig and microwave, coffee maker. Like the shutters instead of curtains and the LVP flooring. Would stay here again.
