"Staff was the BEST part of our stay! Attentive & went above & beyond. We had an early flight and they still accommodated breakfast to go for us. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. Parking however can be limited and you may have to park on the street. However you can pull up to the main entrance to drop your luggage with the staff so you do not have to make the (very) short walk if you have to street park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"So close to the airport that we didn’t need a taxi, which was why we chose it. We walked to it from the car rental return (of note, there’s also a Holiday Inn Express near by and we accidentally started heading in that direction). When dropping off our luggage, additional signs would be helpful as the entrance to the hotel was close to the airport parking and was confusing. Didn’t notice any noise from the airport during the hours that we were there. King bed had an uncomfortable seam but was ok...

"The staff are amazing all friendly, cheery and helpful. The hotel has a nice homely feel to it, with a mix of modern and traditional styles. The grounds are immaculate and the rooms are clean and spacious. As for the food it is delicious and very reasonably priced. Will definitely return."

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"The room was clean, the bed is quite comfortable. The location is alright. The entry to the hotel could be a struggle for new guests at the hotel. I found it difficult to locate the entrance. A guide to the assigned entrance( which is entrance 2) for entry to the hotel would be ideal."

"Lovely hotel. Great idea for a hotel room - different! Room included a small kitchen unit with a sink, fridge, microwave plus tea & coffee facilities. Shame the fridge wasn’t that cool but a lot of fridges in hotel rooms are not that cool. Nice size single bed. Very comfortable. Also, good size bathroom with fantastic shower. "Inside this hotel, it is very outdated. The room I stayed in was dirty, marks all over the walls and ceilings. I tried to avoid being in the room if I could. The staff were okay - when I checked in - I was not told about WIFI code, restaurant opening hours, gym etc. I later then discovered when I asked - there was a A4 document he should've given me.
