"There is a reason why the price is low. Room was "no smoking" but it had a stong cigarette smell. There were holes on the walls, bathtub was leaking and was dirty. I didn't bother with the breakfast nor the pool since I knew i was going to be extremely disappointed. I checked out a day early."

"The check-in went well, except that we were surprised by the additional $50 fee for "incidentals." This wasn't on the original reservation and, contrary to what the employee said during check-in, we were charged that fee and it wasn't refunded to our account for a few days. The room was clean, but it had a damp feel to it, which was also a bit concerning."

"I recently stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham San Angelo and had a really pleasant experience. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful from check-in to check-out. They made the process easy and made me feel valued as a guest. I also want to give a special shoutout to the housekeeping staff. My room was clean, fresh, and well-maintained throughout my stay, and you can tell they take pride in their work. Great customer service can truly make a trip better, and this team did exactly that.
