The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, as were the team members in the breakfast restaurant. The breakfast itself was among the best we’ve ever enjoyed. El tener a tu disposición una lavandería ayuda bastante, sobre todo si ya tienes algunos días de viaje. El personal en general no habla mucho inglés, pero lo compensan siendo muy serviciales."

The elevators were very sketchy, no laundry was available, even though this was advertised. The doors to the ensuite, and other furniture were broken and not working. I wouldn’t recommend this place to family or friends wanting to visit."

There are a fridge and a washing machine, which makes the stay really convenient. Hotel location is very accessible, with tourist attractions and food streets nearby. The staffs are incredibly warm - hearted. This accommodation experience was outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Chongqing in the future."
