Excellent stay. Staff is very polite and helpful. The sauna, tub and the view in the room are incredible. Very well located with so much to do. Very good restaurants and places to shop.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room had a beautiful view and location. Bathroom was nice and had great standard. The entrance was nice and modern with good elevators. We had a really great stay here and would absoulutely reccomend.

Bruh them charging ports barely worked a good amount didn’t work, never enough toilet paper, staff was really helpful though. it’s a nice area though since there are a lot of local shops around.

Excellent stay at this hotel. I was very impressed with the view and specially the service of the staff. They are very attentive and very helpful in every question I had. I was even offered warm milk at night and iced coffee in the morning which is a great plus and the service that was greatly appreciated. This is a perfect location near everything in the middle of Times Square Chongquin.

The view from the room was absolutely amazing. There was also a small sauna in the bathroom and a smart toilet which was pretty cool. The staff was very helpful and courteous. It’s a walkable distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping centers.

Lovely hotel in a phenomenal location. Rooms were lovely although a luggage rack would have been handy. The full length mirror could have gone in the hallway to make room for a luggage rack. Very comfy armchair in the room with a handy table which was 50% used as a luggage rack. Incredible views and staff were very helpful. Hotel comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Great location as it is walking distance to a lot of the popular tourist spots. The staff were super attentive and friendly and provided great service. The room was clean and had a great view of the city lights. They use a projector screen instead of a tv which is very cool. But I wished they had more English tv/movie options for their international guests.

Excellent location right in the city centre of Chongqing. The rooms are large, clean, and excellent views of the city. Can't speak highly enough of the location, it's right in the shopping area with the night food market a couple of minutes walk away. The hotel itself is located on the 38th floor, so it took us a while to find at first especially as we arrived very late at night. The elevators can be slow so give yourself enough time. Amenities include the usual toiletries, slippers, and water daily. Highly recommend!

We picked the Superior double room, city view based on its pictures and the view did not disappoint. The view of this room was the main highlight of property. The hotel is located inside a huge office-like building and it occupies a whole floor of that building. The staff was courteous enough to inform us before arrival of what floor and how to get to Fraya hotel. The staff was beyond friendly, including the housekeeper. Even with the language barrier, they did their best and it showed. As mentioned the view of this room was outstanding. The room size was relatively small and the room itself needed some cosmetic changes. For example: the caulking needs to be removed and replaced because there are some parts that aren’t pleasant to the eye. The mattress comfort was great. No problems with noise or light disturbances. They also have one laundry machine that does both wash and dry. The staff helped me use it and they were nice enough to start the dryer for me. They provided detergent as well. There is only one machine and we got lucky no one else was using it. There is no gym for this hotel. The location of this hotel is ideal. A mall right in front and right next to Times Square. If you don’t mind the small room cosmetics than this is your place! I would definitely recommend this hotel because of the staff and location. Great place! Thank you
