"Room very dated. Hard to get warm water (complained twice). Its more a conference centre and many facilities not available - swim up pool bar - closed ; sauna - closed; second pool - full of leaves, closed: bar - closed or isn’t one; business centre - there isn’t one despite it being advertised; Chinese restaurant - closed but open to conference attendees; tennis courts - covered in weeds. Give it was relatively expensive it was a disappointment. Staff on desk very good though"

"Stay was good. Raft room was lovely. Lacked hand towels and soap in the bathroom, but otherwise nice. Restaurant was fine for breakfast and dinner."

"Such a lovely relaxing place to stay, so tranquil. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond to assist us, albeit English is not their first language. You will need transport whilst staying here as it is a long way from the local restaurants and bars. "

"This is a very special y property - we loved our stay! Our driver dropped us at Phutakien Pier and the long tail boat was already there, they are transferring guests to the resort regularly in the afternoon . Lots of free drinks and food in fridge. Nice restaurant. No mosquitoes in December. Nice pool at sister resort 5 mins walk away - you can return for free to the float house from the pier. Beutiful room and was very quiet. Reasonably priced massages. "
