"The owner of this property didn’t confirm my order and that was 2 days before my arrival due to water leakage, and asked me to book somewhere else. Also, I was charged the full amount because it’s non refundable booking even though I reached out to Expedia and told them about the situation. I think Expedia did a terrible job trying to resolve the issue and failed to do the proper investigation since I have all the email exchanges with the owner of the property through the expedia secure...

"Exceptional location with clean, spacious rooms. The staff were very polite and assisted when required. Breakfast was continental offering some variety of traditional lebanese foods."

"Hôtel à très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Très propre et le personnel est accueillant.
Le quartier est proche de nombreuses options de restaurations, ce qui est pratique.
Y ayant séjourné du 11 au 12 novembre, le personnel a été particulièrement attentif à ma situation lors du check-out, et je tiens à le remercier.
