"Very friendly staff and quick check in. Any staff we met in the hallways were always smiling and quick to say hello. Rooms are a good size and well kept. This is our "go to" hotel in North Bay and we've never had a problem. They do provide breakfast, but we don't eat breakfast, so we haven't checked it out. We always travel with our furry companion and we've always been greeted warmly. Would definitely recommend them. Lots of parking too."

"Got a single king room for my wife and I, mattress was majorly dipped into the center, we rolled into each other all night it was that bad. Woken up before 9am by housekeeping knocking on the door several times even though the do not disturb sign was on the outside of the door. I do not recommend staying there"

"You have a prime location in North Bay that you could really take advantage of, unfortunately the establishment is in dire need of modern updates. We will not return, unless renovations happen, and pride of ownership improves."

"We we were on 2nd floor. We had a stroller for our grand daughter. So we had to carry the stroller up the stairs. We had supper at the Italian Restaurant that was there. It was a Thursday night. The service was really slow. Also the food didn't come for at least an hour. The tub drain in our room needs to cleaned. Takes a while for the water to drain out of the tub. The air conditioner only has two settings. High and low. If you have to sleep beside the air conditioner, it is cold and...
