"Thank you June and Mark for a lovely stay at Little Beeches. We felt welcomed from the start. The home is tasteful and homely. While some holiday rentals can feel sparse and functional, in contrast it is obvious that a lot of thought and care has been put into making the cottage feel like a home. The kitchen is well stocked with decent cookware and crockery making cooking easy and pleasant. Having use of a washer and dryer was a huge help. The entire property was spotless. "Loved the hotel and the staff were fantastic. Also very nice touch with the freezer at reception allowing the guests to grab complimentary ice lollies and ice whenever they needed it in this current heat wave. The only slight niggle I had was the extra £10 charge to use the swimming pool which could do with a bit of a spruce up. The hotel is wonderful though and will definitely stay again but probably wouldn’t bother with the Spa. The town is also beautiful so the hotel is perfectly situated to enjoy all the local amenities."

"Great location very helpful staff. The only issue I had was with the shower in the bathroom the riser rail kept slipping down the water was extremely hard to regulate either really hot or stone cold. We only stayed the one night so did not complain about it but I heard many of the other guests talking about the same thing. I would say that the problem is probably down to the valve in the shower control not working correctly. Being able to have a refreshing shower after travelling or before leaving is one of the thing's that make a stay either good or bad other than that it is a lovely hotel and I would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel, food was good. We were group of ten walkers and the staff were very accommodating. Oswestry could be a lovely town to visit, interesting bi buildings and the castle. We would not visit again it’s obvious that the place was been invaded with Eastern Europeans. Loads of the “money” making Turkish barber and the usual vap shops everywhere. The council need to get on top of this. Feel sorry for the legitimate businesses."

"We had a lovely time, just a few things that slightly dampened the experience. Need black out blinds in the family room as the light was streaming through until late and with the heat as well the children couldn't get to sleep until it went dark. The gastro pub food l would give a miss in future, very bland, dry and of poor quality but high prices. We would 100% come back though."

"Rooms have been refurbished and great to see all rooms have walk in showers. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Internet went down. Usual Village facilities which are excellent. Breakfast is now £12.50 pp Car parking £5 per night. This is sold ss Chester but its not that near to Chester its more Deeside with great access to north Wales. Spare duvet needs replacing and maintence need to lift the electrical socket for the jettle as it cant be used. I would definately stay at this hotel again"
