"Check in was weird. The lady had to have a guy come over, and he asked, “So you NEED two queen beds?” Yes, that’s why I booked it. Took five more minutes to get us checked in. They were nice, just seemed odd. Then we had to swap tv remotes three times due to them not working, or only volume down worked. No shower curtain, shower leaked water into the bathroom, and missing towels. Lastly, a weird stain 6”x9” on pillow. This room was not prepared. Won’t stay again."

"This is a great place to stay at the airport. The rooms were clean and quiet, despite being at the airport. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating- and the onsite restaurant is decent as well. I will stay here again."

"Just there for the night but staff was great, friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service took a while to pick up at international terminal 5, but probably just unfortunate timing. Shuttle leaving was exactly on time."
