"Parking very easy till we booked in and were asked to pay £14, this was not mentioned on the hotel advert with Expedia nor on the email confirming the booking. After some debate with reception the guy borrowed our phone to show us where it was, not under this hotel but scrolled down another half dozen pages and showed us it the parking charges in the general terms and conditions, while scrolling saw the booking charge had dropped by £20, so suggested they took the parking charge out of this,...

"Lovely hotel near the airport. Clean, tidy, sufficient for our needs. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Despite being near the hotel it was pleasantly really quiet and peaceful. I could not hear the planes at all. I would highly recommend. The price of room was reasonable in comparison to others in the area. The parking was at the back of the hotel and easy to use. "Cleaning in the rooms was only surface-level. The chair in the room has a previous guest's spillage. The curtains were dirty, and the bed sheet had holes in it. The location was ideal."

"Arrived late at night and had trouble finding a car park space. Access around the building is one way but to exit you have to go through a locked gate and you need a code - as a guest who has just arrived you don't have this info. I called the hotel 3 times whilst stuck at the gate and no one answered. Luckily a guest walked past and gave me the code. Went around again but this time went in the multistorey up a level. Be warned this car park is VERY TIGHT and not all cars are parked well. When...

"The staff were very good. the hotel itself could do with a bit of TLC. I just needed a bed to sleep in so was adequate for my needs. if you want a budget friendly hotel to stay in before heading to Manchester airport which is less than 10 minutes away this is the hotel for you. There is free wi fi but I did find it kept dropping the connection every 30 - 50 mins. there is on site paid parking at very reasonable priced, I stayed for 3 nights in the end and total of £21."
