"Lovely staff , extremely clean in all areas . Good quality food for evening meal and the buffet breakfast was very good value for money . I would say that the pool area could do with a re-think as trying to get past the jacuzzi to the pool steps when swimming lessons are taking place is quite difficult, one wrong move and you would be head first into the jacuzzi! Otherwise great facilities. The spa looked lovely but unfortunately no slots available, our fault as we booked an hour before arrival...

"Picked this hotel for its pool and paid extra for a room that included pool access. But the pool area was so rammed it was unusable (I don't mean busy, I mean all seats in the sauna and steam room full, people standing against the walls in them to use every inch of capacity and more turning away at the door when they realised there was no space). Sure, this is partially due to the January gym rush, but why sell pool access to hotel guests in advance when it's obvious there's no capacity?"

"Room was well appointed and clean. Bed was comfy and shower was powerful and hot. Water, coffee and biscuits along with a selection of tea's in the room. Views from the room were good, it's a quiet area.
Staff here are polite and welcoming, whether they are serving you or just passing by.
We paid for breakfast, lots of choice for cold breakfast, really is something for everyone. Hot breakfast was to order, we could pretty much choose anything. Food could and should have been hotter considering...
