"We stay here every year for Halloween in SF and every year we are impressed with how clean the room is, how friendly the staff is, and how great the location is!"

"Pictures were misleading, room was not clean, dirt on the sheets and they refused to change our room or make accomodations. Rooms are extremely small and not accurately portrayed in the pictures provided."

"love the free parking, small area yet easy to find your way around, perfect ammenities given and super close to nearby shops, restaurants, and public transit!"

"When we arrived on Friday night, Dennis was very helpful and shared some great information. We had a great four-night stay, the staff was friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel’s location was right in the middle of everything."

"For the price, this was a very good stay. Location is convenient, the room was big and bright, and the bathroom was also spacious. Comfortable bed and a quiet room. The included breakfast also was decent for the price and the breakfast room is lovely. Overall decor is dated but the property seems pretty well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful"

"in a perfect area! walking distance from so much! parking was super nice and convenient as well"

"Great location"

"The ad said free parking, but neglected to say it was first come, first served. There was no water, a pipe had burst and we arrived to dress for a wedding, hoping no one got too close to us after our 5 hour drive to this place. The pillows were like sleeping on a rock. After the water was turned back on the shower did not work"

"Superb location"
