"Staff was very friendly and the breakfast is very good and plentiful. Only “complaint” was the main pool being very cool. Was nice to have to go from the hot tub to the cool pool, but was too cold for me to go in a splash around in. Very affordable and fun for me and my 6 year old ! :)"

"While our room and the hotel itself were thoroughly clean, our overall stay fell short of expectations. The bed was a bit too soft for our comfort, and the complimentary breakfast was a letdown—many items were out of stock, leaving mostly carbs and rubbery eggs. Navigating the self-serve coffee station was also a struggle because there was only a single coffee carafe available for the entire hotel. The biggest disappointment, however, was the customer service regarding check-in. Knowing I had a wedding to attend at 4:00 PM and that regular check-in wasn’t until 3:00 PM, I called weeks in advance to request an early arrival. The staff was completely unaccommodating and gave a flat "no." Yet, when we arrived just 30 minutes early, we were told we could access our room—but only if we paid an additional $25.00 fee. Given that the base rate for this basic room is already quite high, being nickeled-and-dimed for a half-hour window felt incredibly unfair. We will most likely not be returning."
