The location is great ! Many places to visit and restaurants to dine. It’s next to the cathedral and the city market is just a block away. But Hotel needs to improve in cleanliness and Its breakfast is terrible.

Nice clean hotel in a great walkable location. Staff were very friendly and assisted us in getting transportation to creel after we missed the train. We felt very safe in the area around the hotel and in chihuahua city in general.

The hotel is a little gem in the Centro historic area. Steps away from the Cathedral and many restaurants all throughout the pedestrian areas. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed. Breakfast was very tasty as well. Unfortunately, we were there only one night but would stay here again on a future trip.

I arrived late because of a flight delay and the man at the front desk was very accommodating. Excellent location in the city center. Cleaning staff is excellent. My room was nice, everything worked properly. Bathroom was fine. Bottled water every day. The hotel is in the middle of the block, so most rooms don’t have a window to the street. Skylights provide daylight to the interior rooms. WiFi worked well. Breakfast terrace on the 4th floor is very nice for morning coffee. Breakfast is limited, but the lady that runs it is the most adorable person. I will stay here again.

If I could give Hotel Plaza 10 stars, I would do it. The staff and manager are exceptionally helpful. Daniel, the manager, personally took me to the bus station and helped me correct an error in our tickets. The Hotel is located in El Centro right behind the Cathedral in pedestrian zone. Not to be missed is their cooked breakfast on the 4th floor with a deck that overlooks the city. It's very walkable to banks and restaurants and we truly enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Plaza.
