It’s an old hotel. No modern features. The waters were wonderful. The smell is not overpowering. The buffet is okay. Nothing to write home about. I tried the spa pedicure. It’s not worth what they charge. But the Spa staff is very attentive.

Yes, after they finally found my reservation the room was nice, but there was no water in the pool overlooking it
You might want to check if the pools are available for instance the children’s pool with slides, etc.

It was our first time there, the rooms were very smelly, the food variety was limited specifically for the kids. And the transportation was very limited. We definitely not coming back.

El agua de las aguas termales riquísima y es muy bueno que puedas tener la alberca del hotel hasta la noche, techada, porque aunque llueva puedes disfrutar bastante el ambiente, te proporcionan toallas si necesitas y muy atentos en general. La habitación tiene una pequeña tina para que disfrutes las termas en tu cuarto y da una experiencia increíble

Me incomodo muchísimo q al momento de llegar primero al estacionamiento q no me tenían registrada en su entrada o itinerario, después en recepción lo mismo y después yo adquiri un paquete con almuerzo, comida y cena y dijeron q no y no y q yo tenía q llamar a Expedia con ustedes y hacer cancelación o aclaración y ellos me querían cobrar las comidas cuando yo había contratado y eso claramente estaba especificado en el correo y dijo la encargada de hay q no y se lo enseñe y se aferro q no y q pagarå yo con ellos aparte las comidas y por fin le dije q no q estaba bien q nadamas me diera la estancia sin comidas y yo arreglaría eso con ustedes q me vendieron y ya al momento de colocar los brazaletes les dije q tenían razón q ellos no me vendieron el paquete q para la otra con ellos directamente era mås barato..... y no se si era negocio de ella por q no accedí a pagar comidas por separado me dijo q cree q si le incluyen las comidas le dije yo se lo q compre y claro q no pensaba discutir con ella por q ella no me vendió el paquete me sentí muy incomoda aparte de estar perdiendo mi tiempo en aclaración y pasar un mal momento por algo q claramente al final terminaron dåndome la razón y yo sintiéndome como q me querían volver a vender algo q ya estaba claramente especificado q lo incluía.

Todo bien en este hotel Resort, excepto por que no tienen cuartos para una sola persona con la comodidad que tienen los de dos camas, pero todo excelente el spa, las vistas a las montañas, la comida riquĂ­sima, felicito a la chef👏
