"Saw this on Motel Rescue and decided to make a weekend of the springs and antique shopping with my husband and daughter. It was a wonderful stay! I wish we could’ve had a balcony with a better view but we will definitely be back!"

"an air compressor behind the building kicked on every four minutes and I couldn't sleep. Left around 4am. In fairness, I called the front desk to get them to shut it down when I went to bed (they said they couldn't hear it, which was crazy because the building vibrated) and they offered to move my room. By that time I was in bed and exhausted and din't want to move so I stayed and stuffed TP in my ears to reduce the noise. Otherwise, the place was just kinda grimy. "

"Nicely decorated property. Perfect sleeping arrangement for our needs. Hard to find twin beds in one bedroom that are separate and not bunk style, plus a queen, and king. Baths were a shower in one and a large soaking style tub in the king BR. As we were all over 70yo, we decided to stick to showers, but hey, the water pressure was terrific! The only down side we had was finding 3 dead roaches, even though it was very clean, so I guess their bug spray works. The other is that the ice maker did...
"This is a lovely property near Fanning Springs. The owners were responsive & phoned to make sure everything was in order. The home is extremely comfortable, convenient to Hwy 19, location was perfect. I usually stay in Gainesville when traveling to this area to stay in a hotel, and I’m so glad this popped up on Expedia & I found Tranquil Oaks. I’ll be back when in area. Clean, well lit, peaceful, well stocked, easy entry. Thank you! "
"was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move"
"Weather was fantastic and the home was cozy. No wifi or cable but plenty of movies and games. It was refreshing to have the kids be without internet and hangout with the family :)"
"We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The unit was all as advertised. Very clean. My only suggestion would be to have lights on when you enter and a fresh smell. It was a little dark with a musty closed up smell therefore the first impression was not the best. Once we were there and turned on lights, opened up the windows, turned on fans it was very nice with lots of books and games. Loved it❣️Beautiful sunrises❣️"

"The little cabin was so cute. Tv remotes and tv didn’t work. Because they weren’t hooked up but otherwise had a fantastic time. Went to the water edge bar listened to the band great food! Suggest getting the fish dip and crackers a little spicy but delicious!! Tony Hall was really nice he manages the place. Definitely suggest going and staying at Good Time Marina. Regina was really great. We are running a few minutes late I gave her a call and she said she’d wait on us. Parking was excellent there was a sign our cabin was number to parking spot was number two. Stay here! My suggestion!

"Super clean cabins; modern and full of conveniences, beautiful kitchen, comfy beds, big TV, nice bathroom. Staff was excellent. Property is absolutely beautiful with a pool, gym, restaurant, etc. Food was fresh and delicious! "
"Our room was recently renovated and everything was new. Bath towels were my only complaint! You could tell the place had been recently taken over and it is still a work in progress."
