"Yes the rooms are outdated, however, it was perfect for our one night stay. It was clean and quiet. I would easily stay for a weekend! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The elevator was out of service, so we did get help with our luggage. Highly recommend it and there was plenty of great free parking on the property. I think they are working on making some updates to the place, which would be fantastic!"

"Best value around (booked direct when Expedia hiked the price - worth checking if it's close to stay date), v helpful manager and staff, sorted a TV problem quickly. Good traditional restaurant and bar. Good parking, and eye candy across the road for yachties. "Recently refurbished in an attractive rural style the rooms are comfortable and well equipped. No air conditioning but a remote controlled Dyson fan was provided. The staff without exception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fine but could have done with some fresh fruit on the buffet table.
