"The rooms weren’t the cleanest. Areas of the room had cobwebs, residue from might have been from wear and tear in high traffic areas of the room. It felt like your resort is understaffed. As for breakfast and overall options, most of your menu choices weren’t available. "

I stayed 2 nights so I assumed my towels would be replenished and trash changed after the 1st night and even left a tip yet when I returned the next day it was not done and i ended up going to the front desk for towels to shower the next morning. I still left a tip upon departure and stripped and piled the linen to make things easier and was sure all trash was bagged "

"Our room was very comfortable and clean. The glass shower was modern and nice. Breakfast was pretty busy and it got pretty sloppy. Foods were refilled quickly. It is centrally located to food, shopping, grocery stores. We stayed here to go to Shawnee. I would recommend this hotel and will stay here again. "

"The toaster at breakfast did not toast, no eggs, no meat. Just juice, coffee, muffins, bread and oatmeal. That was the only disappointment with our stay at this hotel."

"Parking was easy. Hotel was pretty good. Breakfast wasn't too bad! They had 3 hot options that you could choose from, and the person at the counter plated them for you. Its not a 5 star hotel, but the value is there for sure if you're just looking for a place to rest."

"Beautiful and fully equipped room. We stayed in a king suite, the spa shower and soaking tub were such a treat. The property has a scenic 2 mile nature trail around the lake that we really enjoyed too. Would definitely stay here again."
