overall good hotel. the room was clean except for some towels in the bathroom from the previous guests. they offered a shuttle to/from Ravinia which was good on the way there but took entirely too long after the show so we ended up walking.

The staff were by far the standout feature of this property. I wish I had his name, but there was a young man with a slight accent (maybe Irish) working the front desk, and I've never seen more hustle in a hotel staff person in my life. He did everything, including running back and forth between the front desk and the Starbucks counter to make sure that we were happy. I will definitely be coming back!
