The hotel was booked by me for my daughter and friend as it was a Best Western Plus and advertised a 24 hour shuttle. Upon arrival at the airport at midnight, we called for the shuttle as per instructions on Expedia site. Ishmael at reception said shuttle was not running and there were no drivers and that we should have checked the hotel website for shuttle info. The girls spent money on a taxi.
Upon arrival at the hotel, the girls went up to their room. They saw hair in the bed and pubic hair in the bathroom. They went back downstairs and told Ishmael this. He took no responsibility, said the hotel was fully said the room was not dirty, but that the housekeepers hadn’t cleaned it properly. He offered a refund for the room, however it was 2:30AM, and the girls didn’t feel comfortable going out to look for another hotel. The girls were given two sheets to put on the bed.
We tried for several days to contact the manager Raj. He avoided all calls and was conveniently out or in meetings. A front desk employee told us that Raj had refused us any kind of refund.
For your own sanity, do not stay here! We have no idea how this hotel is a Best Western Plus. Dirty room and some of the worst customer service we have experienced to date. Choose another nearby hotel that actually provides a 24 hour shuttle and has employees that show kindness and empathy towards their guests. READ THE REVIEW PLEASE. Best Western needs to intervene and get workers that care and are good brand ambassadors
