Good budget accommodation. Comfortable room, very clean, helpful staff, help yourself breakfast (although limited choice). Can also use the bicycles for free - but these are a bit battered and so only suitable really for using around the town

Great stay!
We loved Baan Pordeedin. Lovely people working there, good breakfast and decent room for the price we paid. Bicycles to use as you wish. Little bit out of town but easy to get a taxi home. Lots of nice restaurants and places to eat about 10 min walk away.

Quiet but not too far from busier area
The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is a 20 minute walk to the bus station and walking street. They have free bicycles which really came in handy. Breakfast was Thai style- rice, stir fry noodles, soup, toast. Different everyday but just perfect. We stayed there 6 nites and would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet place
I was lucky that my driver found the address in Thai. The hotels.com address is incorrect by about 4 blocks. That aside, the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. It's a short walk to a temple, restaurants and a convenience store. The breakfast is minimal but adequate. It is a good hotel if you're wanting a quiet and inexpensive place for a couple days.

Hotel was a couple of km from the downtown area.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast eggs were cold but soup good

We could not reach the hotel by calling, indeed! We had got an emergency in traveling from border area to Chiang Rai, trying to call them many times but hopeless, finally the hotel called us by another number around 7:30 PM whether we would stay or not. We arrived there around 8 PM, with their complain for our late arrival, no assistance in contact to vehicle rent. Fine! Not bad for their hidden area in Chiang rai without motorbike, at least they can lend you some bicycles... Noisy chit-chat of the other customer who left the hotel early and following with their servants in the early morning, can't sleep tight at all! One benefit of this hotel was the another reception guys in the next day, lend us bicylces for all day long, and providing assistances to us for traveling to the bus station.

Nice hotel
The room is quite big and the beds are comfortable. It is within walking distance to main sights in Chiang Rai as the city center is small. The hotel offers two free bikes for guests to use but we didn't need them as we have our own transport. The breakfast is delicious.

Super cost out hotel - budget no frills.
This is a super basic hotel with cost cutting initiatives throughout the place. Hot water works only intermittently, doors bearly shut, some light bulbs are not working. Breakfast was only Asian style rice porridge. Staff was friendly

Très bien
Chambre très confortable, avec un petit espace dehors (chambre au Rez de chaussée). Literie confortable, personnel souriant. Seul bémol: le petit déjeuner est froid (œufs, riz, saucisse, soupe). Heureusement qu’il y avait du pain de mie grillé…. Dommage, c’est bien le seul point négatif !!

อาหารเช้ามีไม่มาก แต่ข้าวต้มไก่อร่อยค่ะ โรงแรมไม่ติดถนนใหญ่ เดิน 10นาที แต่ทางค่อนข้างเปลี่ยว
