endroit très confortable et agréable

C’est la 5ieme fois que nous allons a cet hotel,nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait. Le personnel à la réception est très agréable et professionnel nous avons toujours un bon service. Cet hotel est à environ 3 kilomètres du centre ville donc plus tranquille et ce n’est pas un problème pour se deplacer partout dans Chiang Mai car il y a de camionnettes rouge qui charge seulement 30bath/personne pour la vieille ville ou le night bazar etc. Il est important de savoir que cet hôtel reçoit des groupes de voyageurs l’inconvénient c’est au déjeuner si vous vous présentez tot mais après 7h30 les groupes sont partis donc plus de problème.le personnel au déjeuner est tres efficace toujours souriant et répond à vos besoins dans la mesure du possible je dois vous dire qu’il y a une excellente communication entre eux . Les deux personnes responsables du service sont tres efficaces. Un petit inconvenient ,c’est la température de l’eau de la piscine,elle est plein soleil à 30-33 degré et l’eau est froide moi cela me dérange pas mais c’est pas le cas de tout le monde.

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. The hospitality of the staff was great. The pool area was clean and had a very nice 360° view. A big thanks to Mona and Paulo and their teams for the great breakfast. If I come back to Chiang Mai, I will definitely be staying here again.

พนักงานที่จุด reception ต้อนรับดีมากและให้ check in ก่อนเวลา ( ไปถึงก่อนเที่ยง) และช่วงวันสิ้นปีทางโรงแรมมีขนมใส่ถุงใหญ่สวยงามมาแจก และมีของชำร่วยแจกในห้องอาหารเช้าอีก มีคุณเปาโลช่วยดูแลตอนเช้าเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักกว้าง เตียงนอนสบาย น้ำไหลแรงและอุ่นไว เดินทางง่ายติดถนนช้างคลาน

친절하고 편안한 호텔

시내와는 좀떨어져 있고 가끔 밤에 밖어서 음악소리가 들리는 점은 아쉬움이 있다 그러나 호텔 직원분들의 친절함은 특급호텔 이상이고 10층 수영장에서의 전망은 치앙마이를 전체적으로 조망하기에 더없이 좋았다. 공항 접근성이 시내보다 좋은것도 장점이다

치앙마이 방문할 때 자주 이용하는 호텔인데, 이번에도 실망시키지 않았습니다. 매우 친절한 서비스, 특히 아침 식사하는 식당의 매니저 "보나"는 저희의 이름까지 기억하며 웃음을 잃지 않는 서비스는 어느 호텔에서도 경험하지 못했습니다. 글!고 파크호텔의 감동은 각종 간식과 음료수가 등어있는 웰컴선물백과 매일 룸에 제공하는 과일입니다.

Great staff, reasonable price

We enjoyed 3 nights in The Park Hotel. Generally the hotel was clean, quite, and comfortable. It’s take 70 to 100 THB and about 15 min drive to the old town by taxi. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and well trained. We got a bunch of flowers during check in and a bag of local snacks in the room. The hotel provide Thai massage service in the room. A luxury massage is located in the next door and also some regular massage just cross the street. I’d to recommend The Park to those who are looking for a quite and pleasant stay in Chiangmai. The room rate is reasonable. Breakfast buffet is good.

매니져 파울로가 엄청 신경써주고, 웰컴 선물로 진주귀걸이 열쇠고리(?) 웰컴 과일 및 과자도 있고, 공항까지 샌딩이 무료!!! 마지막날 진짜 안심하고 갈수 있어서 좋았어요 거리는 조금 있지만 나이트바자에서 20바트면 갈수 있어서 거리상 나쁘지 않았습니다. 대부분 서양인이고 한국인은 한명도 못봤는데 과자도 한국 과자로 준비해주고 세심함이 느껴졌어요
