A small but very nice hotel. Staff were very helpful and breakfasts were delicious! I never had passion fruit nor dragon fruit until I had breakfast here. I would definitely stay here again if I were to return to Chiang Mai.

Clean,cozy,quiet,safe,friendly staff and modern facilities, fulfills all my needs of a quality hotel. Near old city, walkable to Ping river makes easier to nice restaurants and bar along the river, close to Old Chinatown is a plus, good way to feel the real life of Chiangmai.

The staff were the best. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. The location was super quiet despite being between two very busy street and during Songkran. Rooms spotless and spacious. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend staying there.

The staff and Kitchen staff were very helpful and caring. They gave of their time to communicate with us. Considering they were hit hard by the floods just two week earlier, the whole place was very clean and well presented. The room was spacious and comfortable. I would stay there again if possible

We enjoyed our week here and were comfortable most of the time. The food was good and the staff were friendly. The marketing of this property makes it sound so much bigger and while that's not the case, we didn't feel like we'd been misled. Good location and access to all Chiang Mai has to offer.

During my first visit to Chiang Mai, I enjoyed three delightful nights. The staff members exhibited exceptional kindness and a warm welcome. Whenever I sought assistance, they wholeheartedly aided me. The accommodations were not only immaculately clean but also spacious. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The staff was above & beyond helpful with EVERYTHING! From helping with luggage, holding doors, replacing remotes, additional bedding, extra plates at breakfast... You name it, they jumped to help. And not just during check-in. EVERY DAY for a week someone held the door for us, helped with carrying bags, delivered takeaway, etc. One of the most accommodating staff we've ever endured. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This hotel have great staff at the counter and super location. The bad part is limited breakfast options and very badly designed room. The toilet and bathrooms have frosted glass walls.. If you like privacy and dont want others to hear all noises when u go to the toilet, the this is not a good hotel for you. Also water was leaking from the bathroom out on the floor outside. The sink to wash hands is places outside the batroom/toilet.. It is plenty of space to build a nice and practical bathroom/toilet. The designer should be fired.. But again, the location and the staff at the counter/reception was great.
