Located within easy walking of restaurants, temples, local market, and transportation. Lovely hotel lobby to hang out while waiting for transport. A small cafe is attached to the hotel, several cafe and shops along the same street. We had 3 people so they put a rollaway bed for us. A bit tight in space but we made it work. Staff were welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again

The Sri-Pat Guesthouse is comfortable and the staff are excellent. We requested a room change due to a neighbor smoking on their balcony (the smell would come through our bathroom window) and the staff were happy to accommodate this. The pool was a welcome respite in the heat. The location is great - there are numerous coffee shops, delicious restaurants, and a night market not too far away at all.

Amazing Guesthouse Stay

This charming guesthouse was ideal for our needs. Conveniently located to walking distance within Chiang Mai and easy enough to get dropped off by taxi. The room was clean and a decent size with a great view up to the mountains. The staff were very friendly and helpful in suggesting and signing us up for day trips and offering advise on what we might like to try.

Charming guesthouse with friendly staff. Although small, the inner courtyards with swimming pool is very cozy. This side of the old city is more quiet at night than the south side where you will find more more bars.

This pleasant guesthouse has a great location on the edge of old down and surrounded by several quiet streets filled with cafe’s restaurants, small markets, bars and massage parlors. The staff speaks English well and are very helpful. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off after a day out in the city. If you want fine dining, The House by Ginger is located around the corner. The jazz bar is within walking distance.

A quiet guesthouse. The balcony is quite small we managed to add a second chair on it but it was cozy. The pool is cool but once you are in it was but on a hot dayrefreshing. Older hotel and a bit dated but the place was clean. Friendly staff.

This was the 8th time I’ve stayed at Sri Pat!!! I love the location and the owners are so sweet and kind. The place is very safe and well situated for what I like to do in the city. They are very accommodating and communicate well. I really love staying here and will continue to and my travels back to Thailand!
