Amazing hotel and staff

Check in quick and efficient Location in the heart of Nimman Room comfortable Breakfast probably the best we’ve had at any hotel Noise - a bit noisy at night due to the bar opposite Staff - special thanks to Noot Suri and Chef Kopi for making our stay super enjoyable and smooth . You guys are the best !

I've been a Marriott customer for quite some time and that say's a lot about what I think of this hotel.I usually get the room I want and many of the staff remember me and that makes me feel comfortable.Even with the big remodel and the Covid drama this place remains a fine hotel.The only improvement would be to upgrade the room service food,it's not up to 4 star hotel standards.

We stayed 4 nights and we truly enjoyed our time here. It’s strategically located in the heart of Nimman. Close to One Nimman, nearby food cafes, coffee shops and Maya mall. Throngs of massage centres for really good massages and friendly prices. The hotel room was clean, comfortable bathrooms and bedroom. Toilet bowl comes with electrics Japanese bidet - a luxury plus out. Bathroom also has a bath tub which was nice. Nimman is close to the airport, you can hear the planes flying over after a takeoff but the sound is muted in the hotel room. Nearby pubs but we didn’t have trouble sleeping at night. Overall highly recommended with great value for money. We would love to return.

Bad- The walls were thin so we could hear the neighbors and cleaning crews in the mornings. The WiFi did not reach into our room. The hotel was hot in the halls. Was charged for the “free 24 hour shuttle” (which is one of the reasons this hotel was booked-for the airport shuttle service). Rooms were much smaller than pictures advertised, including the shower. Good- Great tourism area and taxi availability Amazing breakfast. And the front desk operator Jackson was phenomenal. He was one of the sole reasons we stayed here for the remainder of the trip.

I was here during a business trip and this hotel is beyond my expectations. It is decorated beautifully with northern Thai and modern furniture. The room is spacious. The service was impeccable. Delicious thai noodles along with American contemporary breakfast. Would definitely come back and recommend to my friends and family
