Ok, ma potrebbe migliorare

Hotel senza troppe pretese. La posizione all inizio ci è sembrata un po’ “imboscata” ma in realtà è vicino a tutto. Personale femminile cortese e disponibile, personale maschile un po’ più assente. In generale la camera era ok, a parte qualche problemino come la porta che non chiudeva bene e lo scarico della doccia totalmente intasato con conseguente allagamento del bagno e disagio per usare il wc.

Was ok! You get what you pay for! if you want Luxury you should stay somewhere else! They have everything you need, a bed, breakfast and good location! Very satisfied with our stay here!

The door was broken and we contacted the hotel manager for help he told us to just sleep and no one will come in the room. Very rude and careless. The room smelled like mold and it was very dirty! Avoid this hotel at all cost!!

Good location, slow service.

Good location, close to everything you need :) The service is very slow, and not always spot-on, I did not got my room cleaned even though I asked for it (anyway it was only four nights, so it might be ok). I had to ask for the complementary water, not a big issue, but I do not think I would need to ask for it. When I left I asked for help with calling some kind of transportation (taxi, tuk-tuk, whatever), please do not ask for that!! ;) Go there, sleep there, have an open mind <3

Nice basic hotel everything you need in reach of cafe restaurant 7eleven. Small swimming pool but good enough for a cool down swim. Staff can arrange trips for you at same prices as everywhere else.

Plutôt bien placé mais pas très accueillant

Très bien localisé car proche des marchés et autres animations (15-20min a pied). Hôtel calme de par sa localisation. Personnel chinois et beaucoup de clients chinois. Personnel pas très arrangeant. Le premier jour je suis arrivée pour le petit déjeuner à 10h05 et il m’ont dit que c’etait jusqu’à 10h (sachant qu’ils ne nous avaient pas donnés les horaires) et donc n’ont pas voulu me servir. Le dernier jour nous avons pris le taxi à 5h30 pour aller à l’aeroport , j’avais demandé s’il était possible d’avoir quelques fruits et autre dans un sac pour que nous puissions déjeuner et le personnel m’a répondu que c’etait trop tôt et nous pourrions nous acheter à manger à l’aeroport. En bref un hôtel plutôt bien placé, calme et pas trop cher ; mais personnel pas très arrangeant. Ne prenez pas le petit déjeuner avec l’hotel (Qui est très simpliste) mais allez plutôt au good morning café, un petit bar-guesthouse très sympa et où les petits déjeuners sont variés et appétissants.

Simple but works.

It was a simple hotel that worked for the 3 of us. Everyone was friendly and helpful. 3 choices for breakfast. Easy walking. Didn’t like the handheld shower head and entire bathroom open for the shower. Power will go off in the room when you remove the key from the slot (this is normal there) but makes the fridge useless and smelly.

Good Position

Located within Chiang Mai Gates, so is in good position to walk or tuk-tuk anywhere. TV in room not connected to aerial so why have TV at all? Breakfast not included in room cost, but very limited breakfast available for 80 bht. Cafe very close with a better selection. Staff helpful & friendly.
