Not much far to the airport and easy to walk to the center of Chiangmai old town. Staff are very kind and service mind are Excellent!!

ウエスタンハウスでは無くマリルームと表記して欲しい

ウエスタンハウスではタクシーの運転手分かりません。ホテル表示はタイ語、英語でもマリルームになってます。大通りから一本裏手に入るので最初は分かりずらい。ホテルと言うよりも一般的なアパート部屋貸しっていう感じです。寝るだけなら問題ないです

Hotel calme, chambre avec le minimum auquel on peut s'attendre dommage que le ménage ne soit pas fait quotidiennement, au moins pour vider la poubelle des papiers toilettes. Surtout que c'est la saison creuse, donc peu de chambres occupées clim et wifi au top serviettes fournies et petites bouteilles d'eau offertes

최악의 호텔

밤 9시 30분 호텔스 닷컴을 통해 예약했어요. 9시 50분에 도착해서 체크인한다고 했어요. 밤에 일하는 직원이 확인이 안된다고 했어요. 영수증을 보여줘도 체크인이 안되요. 매니저나 주인이랑 통화해달라고 했어요. 그 남자 직원은 그냥 안된다는 말만해요. 1시간을 밖에서 기다렸어요. 결국 국제전화를 걸어서 호텔스닷컴에 문의했어요. 부킹넘버 알려주고 내이름이 나오는데도 체크인이 안되요. 정말 끔찍한 직원.. 완전 화나요. 절대 이용하지 마세요.

Mauvaise signalétique : autre enseigne sur place , Malis Room (problème avec les taxis !). Etat vétuste : pas d'eau chaude sur le lavabo, linge de toilette propre mais troué, pas de service de petit déjeuner, pas de ménage dans les chambres, hôtel bruyant. Seul avantage la situation au centre-ville historique. Mais personnel jeune, accueillant et sympathique.

Smutsigt i badrummet och hög ljudnivå på natten, personalen känns oengagerad och glömde bort att boka vår taxi till flygplatsen som vi bad om dagen innan. Du kan hitta bättre för samma pris. Rekommenderar inte.

North side of the square, close to all activities but far enough to be quiet at night. Staff was helpful for booking scooter and tours. Free coffee and tea and hot water 24 hrs in sitting room .

The bed sheets,pillows are not clean.There are flies,ants everywhere in the bathroom.None of the taxi drivers knew how to get to the hotel.Taxi Apps cant locate the address of the hotel.

Nice place on a budget

Very good location,hotel was basic but good value for money,staff very friendly,free tea and coffee all day,pool table in lobby passed an hour a day,rooms very basic but hot shower,tv, and a small balcony which looked out on a temple which was nice ,rooms were clean ,definitely a good hotel if you're on a budget

nice location

walk distance to a lot of pagodas & temples, night bazaar, wet market, restaurants staff & owner are very helpful.... helped us get lower priced tours... helped us with directions, stored our luggages. we used overnight bus from bangkok, arrived 7 am and they allowed us to check in early without extra pay..... coffee, tea, water and microwave in the reception area.... view from our balcony was the temple & pagoda! great!

Extended my stay!

Extended my stay here due to feeling that it ticked all the boxes for me as a solo traveller. For the price I couldn't have asked for more. Well worth booking as your initial first stay in chiang mai and then evaluate from there. Staff were friendly and plenty of motorbike hire places in walking distance.

房間內部與网上照片落差太大，房內兩張單人床，一個迷你小冰箱在地上.就沒了.向柜台要求後，搬來一個小茶几和兩張椅子。 沒有椅子，也無床頭小柜。 浴室沒有插座，洗完頭無法對鏡吹髮. 硬体極差。 但服務很客氣。一F開放空間有桌/椅，無門無窗，吃個東西，像坐烤箱內，熱氣騰騰。房价不貴。
