Spacious room, great view.
Nice room for the price, great view of the mountains, only issue was a weird musty odour in the room - probably from the cleaners mop. For the special price it was a great stay great location.

Location very good. Rooms very good. We paid extra for shuttle transfer, we had someone waiting for us at the airport and give us a note to remind us when to pick us up on departure day. Excellent service.

Great location
The WiFi was extremely unreliable and power went out for at least four hours one of the nights after a short rainstorm. However, the location is wonderful and for the price, it’s a decent value.

The hotel appears to be worn and needs an upgrade. Staff was kind and service minded. It's has a nice location and has everything within walking distance. One side of the hotel was bothered by airtraffic departing CNX Elevator starts at 2nd floor(!) Not coming back.

We could not understand why guests have to lug their luggage to the 2nd floor to take the elevator. Just after the stairs, there is a slight hump that is not visible. This can easily cause guests to stumble. Hope something can be done.

Good location, clean rooms
Location is good, just a little away from the center but with plenty of restaurants and bars around. This is also a downside as there will be loud music every day till midnight and you can hear it through the walls. Also you always have to slam the doors close (due to the type of lock) which makes it noisy. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast buffet is sufficient. One other thing that should be noted is that to reach the elevator you have to climb a flight of stairs first. So if you have troubles with walking or a lot of heavy luggage, think again.

- Location is good. It locate in the middle of Nimmahemin area - Surrounded by Coffee shop, Restaurant & Night bar - Car Park is limited - Late check-in available, you can check-in hotel at midnight while other hotels often limit at 20:00-22:00

Nice Hotel near everything
The hotel is nice and bed very comfortable. I had the room with the mountain view which was breath-taking. The buffet breakfast very limited, but there egg omelate station was amazing and highly recommend.

Less Fancy Than I Expected, Still Good
From the pictures on the booking I was expecting something far newer, more comfortable, and cleaner. Upon entering, the room smelled musty like humid air had sat in there for a while. The staff did a nice job cleaning it each day and all of the lights and facilities were in working order. The saving grace of this stay, for me, was the complimentary breakfast buffet. It was large, delicious, and a perfect way to start each day.

The room was very clean, restaurant nothing great--no one speaks English. Hotel does not have laundry service, if you need to use hotel internet it is 400baht per hour. Overall not sure I would stay there again.

Was there for Songkran and the hotel stay was 2nd one with them. The location is about 5-6 min into Soi 9 and there are a few nice cafes near the hotel. Wifi was not very good but rooms were clean and I liked the local breakfast variety there.

Best hotel for the price in the area
I recommend this hotel. It really is the best hotel in the Nimman area of town. A solid buffet breakfast, wonderful airy lobby, and friendly service. Rooms were large and clean with good wifi. What else could anyone ask for. And yes, the price was right.

Not the first time stayed here and as good as usual! Unbeatable location for explored Nimman Area! Staffs are helpful and nice always! Room is big enough with strong air condition! Hair dryer is provided at the room too! Clean the room and provide 2 bottles of water daily! Must recommend!

The staff at the hotel is very friendly. I found it a headache for a farang to buy cheap airline ticket online. You can't use your foreign credit or debit card. The lady helped me order it online and paid it at 7-eleven. The only thing bothers me in this hotel is the WiFi, difficult to get connected. I think they need to improved their WiFi server software.

Solo Comfort
The room was small and the air-conditioner didn't seem to cool the room down. I had to log in to the wifi numerous times each day. However, they had a full breakfast. I would stay here again for its convenient location. It is just off a main road and quiet.
