Good location but just 'OK' service

The hotel was difficult to find for our taxi driver, took us much longer than intended getting there. The rooms were clean but quite small. The wifi was great! Good location in the old town as its close to some nightlife. Breakfast is not worth it, you may aswell go somewhere else for there is little choice. The service was OK, they weren't very welcoming

The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They set up our visit to an excellent elephant sanctuary and got cabs for us at reduced rates. The location was excellent.

Don’t choose the cheapest and smallest room type.

The ‘design room ‘ without window is way too small for the price I paid compared with other similar B & B in Chiangmai. it looks like a store room converted to a room for single travellers. Good side is this B & B is clean all around, with a decently small size swimming pool at the heart of Chiangmai.

To start the Lana Tree has two properties! They are close together they are not connected! I book with friends and we end up at separate properties I changed my room but did lose my money for the room at the one property as it was a no refund deal. Moved to the other property and the deal wasn’t anything wonderful as I could have got the same deal on line. On that note the hotel is decent room was nice, staff were exceptional (that the value to this property) would I stay here again probably not!

We love Lanna Tree!

We love the Lanna Tree boutique. They were friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and spacious for our trip in Chiang Mai. The location was good in old town 10 minute walks to most temples and restaurants. The front desk called a taxi for us to the airport for 150 baht.

otel her yere çok yakın ve tertemiz. odalar söylenen metrekareden biraz daha ufak. old town içinde kalmak tüm turistik yerlere yürüyerek ulaşımı sağlıyor. konum olarak çok menun kaldık. kahvaltıyı yandaki cafede alabiliyorsunuz ve kahvaltı kötüydü biz yemedik. mümkünse kahvaltısız tercih edin. ve en büyük problem duş aldığınızda bütün banyoyu ciddi ölçüde su basması :(

Lovely Chiang Mai retreat

I absolutely love this place! From the friendly, helpful and generous staff to the super clean, modern and updated rooms...a wonderful pool and sweet garden setting! Oh and the location is ideal too. I can't wait to go back.

리셉션의 직원이 매우 친절합니다. 벌레는 없습니다. 매일 하우스키핑 서비스가 제공되기는 하는데...청소를 제대로 하지 않습니다. 쓰레기통 비워주고 침대정리 해주는 정도입니다. 가까운 곳에 로컬 마사지샵과 시장이 있어서 매우 편리합니다.

Im Vordergebäude stört der Verkehrslärm von der Straße. Ein Pool hat nie Sonne, der zweite im Nebenhaus ( nur über die Straße erreichbar) hat nur einige Stunden Sonne. Wir würden dort nicht noch einmal wohnen.

Rigtig dejligt hotel og dejligt med en pool. Hotellet ligger i det gamle kvarter som er rigtig hyggeligt og meget centralt. Det første værelse vi fik var rigtig dejligt og med udsigt til gaden. Desværre er der et byggeri lige overfor som var en del støjende. Ligeså er der meget trafik i gaden som er meget støjende især den store mængde af scootere. Vi bad derfor om et andet værelse og det fik vi med det samme. Sengen er noget hård. Hver dag får man en flaske kildevand pr. person på værelset. Personalet er meget hjælpsomme. Vi skulle f.eks ringe lokalt for at bestille en tur, og personalet ringede for os fra deres egen mobiltelefon. Fint wifi. God morgen. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen, hvis vi skal til Chiang Mai en anden gang.

Overall Nice Accommodations

Lanna Tree is a very nice hotel with all the necessities and a great staff in a convenient location.Accommodations good although each room and the hotel grounds themselves, on the small size. Proximity lends to a bit of noise exposure at times, including periodic staff maintenance work and noisy neighboring residents. Little, if any, English-speaking TV channels. Lastly, the septic/sewer stopped working our first day resulting in no toilets for about a day or so. However, the staff which was consistently great throughout our stay, immediately began attempting to resolve the issue.

Kort vei til templer, barer og spisesteder. Sentralt men allikevel i ett rolig område Ville kastet ut skinn sofaen i rommet vi hadde ved bassenget så hadde rommet virket større, den stjal veldig mye plass

Perfect little hotel

This was a nice boutique hotel that is in the center of the old city - great for walking to temples and Sunday night market. Staff was extremely nice and friendly!
