Very nice property, staff very helpful. Our AC broke and were changed to another room as soon as we told them about it. Would recommend Jira Boutique Residence.

Nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms, clean and complimentary water bottles each day. Bit hard to get a tuk tuk on the street, but can always just use grab. Short walk to night market but far enough from old city you probably want to get a ride there.

Everything was great, My room, the Staff the area there were however 2 problems, 1. Only Thai TV. 2 No breakfast and no where near to get some otherwise everythink was perfect.

Tough Times in Chiang Mai, hotel is doing well.
Went for Loi Khratong - Chian Mai is very slow with tourist but the hotel did a great job keeping things clean, basic maintenance and crew who spoke great english!

It's a great hotel! There is a fitness room and the pool is beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and the room had everything we needed.

Nobody to help with luggage on arrival. Door to my room did not work properly and was stuck in room for a while had to call front desk and have maintenance come up. Bare minimum of furniture for a large room. They used to have s Buffet Breakfast included....NO MORE They now have an American breakfast available in the little coffee house for $99 bah but coffee is extra. I had breakfast one morning and it was decent.....so went down the next day and nobody was there with 3 ladies waiting. After 10 minutes I asked front desk where they were....toilet.... I replied that I hope they washed their hands. Young man came and served the 3 young ladies I gave my order and all of a sudden he disappeared again. After waiting another 20 minutes I left very angry and still hungry. I stayed there before and liked it that’s why I came backs and will NEVER stay there again.

Sound proof needed
Noise problem from next room. Room was nice but sound proof is really poor noise from TV next room was way too loud and surround noise like foot step, open and close door.

Th lobby and pool areas were very nice and well kept. The room wasn’t really dirty, but wasn’t as nice. There was a counter in the room that wasn’t clean, small debris, and in the bathroom there were rings for a shower curtain, but no curtain. There was also an unknown brown substance on the lid of the bathroom garbage can. These thing are minor. Overall the property was decent, staff was very friendly. It was nice to have a coffee shop in the lobby.

Jira?! More like ג׳יפה !!! The hotel room looked nothing like the pictures. The sheets had some brownish blackish stains that I wish I could say it was chocolate.... the bathroom door was completely see through and didn’t have toilet paper. We asked to switch the sheets and to add toilet paper. We arrived hours later and our request was ignored. Then we saw bugs and ants. We didn’t feel comfortable enough to stay there and asked for a refund or partial refund but they declined. Fun experience huh!? Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!

Nice hotel with great staff, very clean, nice pool, its about a 5 min walk to markets and resturants ☺ only downside for us was there was no safe in the room or at reception and the balcony could only fit 1 person 😯 we love to sit outside 😕

Stayed for 5 nights. Hotel a bit out of way but only 10 min walk to night market ( would be good idea if hotel hired bikes out) Room clean and tidy but no soap provided at sink or plug either. Thin walls to rooms but most people up for trips so not a late night party hotel which suited us although kept awake on 2nd night until 4am with noisy neighbours- luckily a one off!! Pool a welcome additions after the heat of the day- shame only 4 loungers though and could do with cutting down some overhanging greenery which shaded the pool.

The staff were very lovely and welcoming. Really deserve some praise as they were brilliant. Loved the location of our hotel as it was walking distance from everything and less traffic around that area. Only thing that might need improving is the drain in the shower as it was slightly slow. Otherwise, good location, friendly staff and clean hotel

Pretty decent does the price
Stayed her for a few nights. It’s a little at from the main square of Chiang Mai but we made it work. The air conditioning was great, and stayed on while we were out of the room so that we could come back to a nice cool room (this was important to us!). The WiFi worked well. The pool was orettt nice. The staff was helpful in getting us a taxi to get to the airport. We did have ants in our room one or two of the days but that could Have been from the food in our trash. Overall, it was good for the price, not spectacular.

Can not fault anything about our stay at Jira. Staff were helpful, breakfast had variety, room clean and bed very comfortable. Close walk to river cruise, walking markets and easy walk to many more places including the Aussie downunder bar which serves cold beer and cheap Aussie meals whilst watching the rugby footy or league. Best massage at Aree which is just around the corner. Overall we really enjoyed our stay completely. Cheers
