I loved the tranquility of the property the hospitality of all staff was excellent. Nice shops within walking distance and felt very safe at all hours of the day/night. Restaurant on site was also great and convenient with great prices.

A little great hotel in the middle of a jungle. Amazing big rooms, super clean and amazing staff. Less than 5 minutes walking distance from main atractions, shops and supermarkets. Would definitely stay here again!!!

This is a very low key friendly hotel. It is a very small hotel with the basic amenities, but the front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Am, Koy, Jo and Lew are excellent at their jobs, and they made the visit to the Gord very enjoyable.

Staff are patience, polite and very helpful. Breakfast has a few good variety to choose from. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient. After showering, water tend to flow out of the shower area into the other part of the toilet making the floor a bit slippery. Overall experience is good.

Staff are friendly, very accommodating, and exceeded our expectations. Restaurant had great drink and food options at very reasonable prices. Rooms are spacious, clean and had everything we needed. For those who prefer firm beds, this is the hotel for you. Location is great. Walkable to a couple temples, stores, restaurants, and an amazing massage spa called "Good Herb Massage" that is family-run and very clean.

A perfect place to stay in Old Town

We loved having Gord Chiang Mai as our home base while exploring the city. The rooms were modern, clean, with a big comfortable bed, and a large bathroom with good water pressure. The complementary breakfast that was included with our room was a great way to start each day. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was central and easy to walk to the Old Town temples during the day and the weekend night markets. Bonus there is a sweet and delicious chocolate shop across the street which we made a point to visit each afternoon. We will be back!

We stayed in the connecting room (2 rooms, 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms). Everything was fantastic! Beautiful common areas with multiple koi ponds. Strong air-conditioning, delicious breakfast included, tons of cold water bottles offered to us, very walkable location. Traffic in old-town gets a bit congested during rush hours — try to walk, bike, or ride on a motorbike via Grab, versus taking a car.

The staff at Hotel Gord were amazing. They gave us ideas of where to visit and were willing to book us a taxi. The room we had was on the top floor. It was spacious and clean. The hotel is within walking distance (25 mins) to the Food Market and the shops. We sometimes got a tuk tuk for 200 bhat if we didnt fsncy walking. A great hotel, about 15 mins from the airport. We booked taxis through 'Grab' and this was very convenient.

Little gem! Great proximity to markets, food vendors and coffee shops. Very homey. Staff were very kind and responsive to any requests. Breakfast great! Disappointed bikes aren’t free anymore.
