It was a big cold in the pool but it was a gloomy day so that didn’t help. The staff was all amazing. It was nice having the mall right beside the hotel. Rooms were very nice. We enjoyed watching the planes from the balcony.

April 2025. Highly recommend! There is a huge mall directly across the street. Loved it! My room was very spacious & clean. I had the view of the mountains. Beautiful! Lots of dining options. Staffs are friendly, helpful and make me feel safe. It’s just opposite to MAYA shopping mall and one ninnman shopping area which are new and fashion. There are live band till night at Think park which is a little bit noisy if you sleep early. wardrobe is a bit small and not convenient for charging plug. Need to download their apps for check in and can connect them via apps to avoid language problem.

We booked two rooms for four nights. The event outside the hotel was quite noisy until past midnight, especially on Saturday and Sunday. Please get a room with a mountain view if you are sensitive to noise. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay with good breakfast, clean room and very friendly staffs from restaurant, house keeping and front desk especially Jom and Nat. Thanks for arranging a birthday surprise too. Will surely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Unfortunately, there was a music concert in front of the hotel during our stay, and the hotel is kind enough to change our room that face mountain view the next day, thank you!!
