This is a modern hotel with a helpful and efficient staff. We were able to get suggestions, book tours, schedule taxis, and get any help we needed from the excellent front desk staff. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Mayan shopping mall.

Room was spacious and clean. As I came during the cooler season (August), I don’t even need to switch on the a/c. The hotel is situated near Maya and pretty much Center of nimman road.

Pros: hotel is very new and clean. Room has a good size, is bright and clean, comfortable bed and linen. Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast is available but we did not select this option when booked, but it looks like it has good variety of dishes to choose. Cons: the room wall is paper thin and window cannot protect street noise. We were on the 8th floor but I could still hear people talk from the street level (not to mention traffic noise especially from local motorbike). With that I did not sleep well.

The location of the hotel was great with 7-11 nearby. Only 5min walking distance to the MAYA shopping mall. The room was big and comfy. The staff here are very nice too. We enjoy our stay here so much.

The staff does not apologize. Even did not have the room as booked Insist that must write again in special request and must call to confirm room type again before staying. It's very non sense. Location is good for me, easy parking, convenient to go to Nimman area. Staffs were good and well trained. The room was clean, the pool was nice. The room door was not sound proof so it was noisy from other hotel guests walking, shouting. Breakfast is okay not particularly great.

Air conditioning is leaking water out. Very small ant are running around on the table. The door has no hinge to avoid slamming, you will be awake in the early morning when people start to check out. The pool is on the ground floor and it is so close to the room with a tall wall to reflect the noice of those kids who play around to ensure you have no sleep in the morning. Sorry I won’t be coming again.

The room cleanliness is great, the layout of the room is also pretty modern and location is not too far from airport and the old city when you take taxi.

I checked in late. Hotel said my room got problem and no more room available though I advance paid all room charge. They tried to change room type from 2 deluxe rooms to 1 family room but I refused due to family room has only 1 bathroom. Then they said upgrade my room to 1 br type at another bldg. I found water volume was low and not hot. Finally I request to find another room for 2nd night.
