The internet here is amazing! I like that I don’t need to go through separate portals to log in. The rooms look just like the picture! It’s within a walking distance to many cafes that I like such as the Gravity.

We had a great stay here. The location and staff are amazing. The beds are quite hard and the shower does not get hot but otherwise it is a great budget hotel. The communal terrace was a lovely place to sit and have a drink :)

Very comfortable stay, rooms are small but we were provided with everything that was needed. Our breaker shut off about once per day but electricity was back up in less than 5 mins. We even extended our stay too. Definitely recommend to anyone staying in Chiang Mai.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast (slightly different every day). Air conditioning faces the bed so it got a bit chilly and turning it down was confusing (we probably could have asked how to use it but we were too lazy).

Nice hotel in Chiangmai

The hotel is very clean and staff are helpful. Location is within the old city which is very convenient. Very reasonable room rate. I highly recommend this hotel to you.

A very clean and neat hotel. It’s a little noisy sometime, the walls are quite thin so if you're a light sleeper this could be a problem. I had my own room and it was fine size wise but 2 people in a room might find it a little snug. The location is ok, I’d pick a hotel closer to the river next time but it’s close to the Saturday and Sunday night markets. Note the address on apple maps comes up in soi 7 but the hotel is actually in soi 3. Use google maps. Really good hotel for the price

Good except WIFI

Everything was very good except the WiFi. It’s so weak that there is almost no WiFi. If you need to be connected, not a place to stay. But comfortable rooms, super clean and nice people.

The bathrooms are very small. The staff were friendly but not overly helpful in giving tips and maps to the city and such unlike other places we have stayed. The room was clean though and the location was decent.

The price is great but they request a deposit for the room key which you do get back at the end of your stay when you present the key and your receipt but seemed a bit excessive. Check in was slow, noise levels from the surrounding areas was pretty loud and the rooms are small. It’s not bad for the price though just depends who you get as neighbours.

Great location , 10 mins away Sunday market and temples. The hotel is very cozy and modern. Massage and cafe are 1 min away which was the best ever. Beds were soft, AC work well. Highly recommended!

Super cozy and comfy bedroom - as on the images. It's a nice place, but it will only please early risers. The walls are super thin and by 6:30 you are voluntarily awake. What was no issue for me - I'm up early to enjoy the day.

I felt like I was at a beach town, but there is no water, really convenient to most everything, and there are washing machines across the street fo 20 baht! Will definitely stay here again

Cozy, Clean and Great Value in Chiang Mai...

The Cozy Inn Chiang Mai is great. Great value, clean, quiet and comfortable. We stayed for 7 nights while exploring Chiang Mai and the surrounding area. The staff is very friendly and helpful and free the breakfast buffet is exceptional for a small hotel. They even make your eggs anyway you like them every morning. The rooms are a little bit small. Other than that...a perfect stay at a good price!

The location is convenient to Old Bagan, walking distance to restaurant and Sunday nigh market. It’s located down a small alley way, away from the busy street. The room was definitely small and hot water showers lasted less than 5 minutes. Although, staff members were nice.
