Breakfast time should be earlier

The breakfast is offered too late (from 8:00 am) that time is not convenient due to most plans in Chiang Mai start early morning (before 7:00 am) They provided us sandwiches and eggs for 7/11 but it’s not the same. we couldn’t eat their breakfast for that reason.

Nothing good about this motel, its below average, bed was very hard with rubbish pillows, tiny tv, the shower was mostly cold as the water pressure was not sufficient to activate the water heater and when it was it only lasted a minute or two. The noise from 2 busy roads and a 24hr servo next door was such I used ear plugs to sleep.

Hôtel très sale à fuir

Pire hôtel de Chiang Mai Chambre extrêmement sale, draps déchiré, tête de lit arraché avec clous qui dépasse, douche bouché, clim qui ne fonctionnais pas, ampoule grillé, murs taché et sale, vis rouillé dans la douche, lavabo cassé, aucune isolation on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue alors qu’on était au 5eme étage, piscine à 10 degré et a l’ombre toute la journée. La chambre devais nous être donné à 13h comme indiquer ici mais finalement c’est 14h, on est arrivé dans la chambre rien n’avais été fait, pas de ménage ni de changement draps et serviette. Toutes les photos sont jointes pour vous faire votre avis. Le responsable et hôtel.com n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser. À fuir.

chambre 201

Chambre 201 (avec lunette wc cassée, lavabo bouché à l’arrivée puis ok ensuite) avec vue sur la station service (pile sous les fenêtres) donc très bruyante tout comme le frigo. Je souhaite malgré tout terminer par une bonne remarque. BRAVO ET MERCI à l’intégralité du personnel très serviable et fort sympathique.

Very convenient place to stay

Love place to stay near night bazaar and lovely cat called snow. Staff are very helpful and they also have decent price for laundry service. Our room was quite big. If you like to shower & wash your hair often maybe buy your own shampoo and shower gel. You could always pop to tesco express next door too! Im happy with my stay.

Fatal Flaw -- Unworkable Internet

The property is showing its age. Staff was helpful and polite, and the room was comfortable, but the Internet speed was very poor -- a deal-breaker for me. I was getting 1-2 Mbs, when I could connect at all. Using a VPN was completely impractical. As noted by others, there were also a few ants wandering around, although they don't seem to bite. There was no safe in the room, and clothing hangs above the desk, crowding the workspace. The location is good, and the pool is big, but I would not choose to stay here again unless other options had been exhausted.

Not worth it

This hotel was a disappointment. Older hotel in need of some TLC. The elevator was broken with no sign of it being fixed as well as the sliding door to the pool area. Our airconditioner dripped water in the floor continuosly. Plus was it had a kettle and a modern TV and the location was okay.. staff were very pleasant.

Good location for walking to many places. Things were old in rooms. The cleaning staff were very sweet and nice. But the other hotel Staff would not even acknowledge you when you walked in. Honestly I think some of the staff could learn a little about hospitality. Usually in Thailand people are very friendly. But not the case here. I didn’t try any of the food. The pool was clean though

値段の割には広い部屋

立地的には、ターペ門まで歩いて20分程度はかかるので不便だが、部屋は値段のわりには広くて、ベッドも清潔。シャワーは湯量が少なく、排水が悪いため洗面所へ流れていきやすい。熱いため、浴室の窓が半開きにしてあることも影響があるのかもしれないが、隣のガソリンスタンドの客の話し声が、3階の部屋まで聞こえるほど遮音性が悪い。キーのデポジットに300Ｂかかることがフロントの机の上に記載してあるが、返却の際には書類に200Ｂと書かれているといわれ、200Ｂのみ受け取った。はっきりといくらだったかを覚えていなかったことと、受け取りの控えをもらっていなかったこともあり実際に200Ｂしか預けていなかったのかもしれないが、100Ｂほど少なく返されたとしたらあまりいい気持ちはしない。キーのデポジットを支払う際には必ず控えをもらっておいた方がよい。ホテルはレンタルバイクをあっせんしており、ホテルまで持ってきてくれるため便利はよいが、10分待ちのところが1時間以上待つことになり、返却の際にも30分以上待たされた。市内中心部にはいくらもレンタルバイクの店はあるので、ホテルまでの配達を特に希望するのでなければ、他で借りた方がよいかもしれない。フロント係は中国系のアルバイトといった感じで愛想は悪くはなかったが、プロのホテルマンのサービスは期待できない。ただ、値段を考えると、次もOKと思われる。
