Good value for money would be happy to stay there

We were there in rainy season and it rained most of the time but this hotel is right next to night bazaar and that is covered over Hotel had a kettle and cups big clean beds I slept well staff were friendly no restaurant for breakfast but loads of places close by

Feels like family. Great!!

The staff is amazing. They are so kind and caring and helpful. I felt like I was staying with family. I was not expecting this level of care at such a budget price. The room, bed, bathroom, windows, all what you would expect, and the descriptions are accurate, but the level of service and care from the staff makes this a really special place. They will help you with anything you need, including helping you plan your vacation.

It was written that it was a 3-minute walk from Makkasan station, but it was incorrect information. I chose this hotel because of its location, but I was deceived. The staff was also unfaithful and I immediately regretted choosing this hotel.

My only complaint and I think it's a big one. I wouldn't come back unless they get new beds. I'm not kidding these beds are like sleeping on lumpy springs. My back hurts and every couple hours I have to get up just to relieve the pain. This is the worst bed I have slept on in a hotel. Every thing else is great.

スタッフさんが、みなさん笑顔で、とても気持ち良く滞在できました。お部屋に関しては、わたしのお部屋は閉じたら中からのウチ鍵が無く、少し不安でした。あと、冷蔵庫が壊れていたのか古いためか、効きが悪かったので、水が冷やせなかったことが、少しこまりましたが、ナイトバザール激近で便利です！

Nice hote just next to the night bizarre. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are fairly comfortable, staff are friendly and the price is right.

Location is good

The location is good, right inside a big night market. Some of the staff was always available and very kind. I was given a room w/ many problems - noisy, no privacy as it had a door to the side room, the window did not open, and in the bathroom there was water leaking all over. The second day they gave me an 'ok' room. The hotel needs maintenance.

Great location, but hotel needs a refurbishment

Dissappointed with our short stay here. Hotel is tired and in desperate need of a makeover. Beds are rock hard, leaving us both in discomfort. Rooms are clean and sizeable and shower is adequate.

Just ok

Our stay here was just ok, staff were helpful and friendly but beds were like sleeping on floor, pillows under covers terrible but staff did change to newer ones, bathroom need lot of attention not the cleanest and shower no water pressure etc never seen set up like this terrible , pool was small but pool clean and area ok, refreshing non the less. Breakfast good as they cooked fresh if required. Hotel handy too markets and main areas, tours available from hotel.

Приятный уютный отель в центре

☺- клининг работает на 5. Очень чисто. Есть лифт. Персонал вежливый. Тихое место. В центре. ☹- в столовой ленивая девушка-официант портит все впечатление от отеля. Непонятна вообще концепция - пару дней был шведский стол, потом стали приносить по меню омлет из 2 яиц и 5 маленьких сосисок. Через пару дней стали приносить омлет из 1 яйца и 2 сосиски. Салат и фрукты девушка пополняет только после возмущения посетителей. А так все время сидит в телефоне... Ей не до нас. Сложности если хотите вызвать такси по приложению. Даже по точному адресу находят отель не с первого раза. Очень много рядом похожих названий. Учитывайте это при заказе такси в аэропорт. Чемоданы днем будете носить сами. Мужчины-сотрудники отеля начинают работать только вечером.
