Had a great stay here. Lovely staff who were so helpful during my stay. Room was very clean and large with nice bathroom. Room cleaned daily and some nice snack food and breakfast in the bar/dining area. I will stay again in the future.

Amazing hotel, really helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are large, and the bathroom well stocked. There is also a free snack section downstairs. Great location - 7-Eleven is a two minute walk, and it’s a great base to explore the area by foot.

Hidden gem in Chiang Mai
Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 9 suite boutique hotel. We were traveling from the USA and did quite a bit of research on accommodations in Chiang Mai and settled on this one due to the positive reviews. The room and the hotel were very clean, and the rooms are exactly as shown in the pictures. The location in Old City is great and within walking distance to most areas within the Old City area. The staff is exceptional and went above and beyond to support us with any travel-related inquiries and assistance. Highly recommend if you are considering a stay in Chiang Mai.

Overall, we enjoyed staying at 9 Suite. It also runs as a coffee shop / cafe in the lobby so it has a cute woodsy rustic feel to it. The room was nice and clean, but my only gripe about this hotel is the refusal to check you in prior to 2pm. We had flown in from the US and needless to say, we were tired after 24 hours of flying. We arrived at around 11am wanting to take a shower and rest. We were aware of the 2pm check in time so we didn’t expect our room to be ready anyway, so we left our bags there and walked around to get a SIM card for our phone and lunch. We returned at 1:30pm hoping something would be ready but the front desk said it still wasn’t. She made a “phone call” to housekeeping who said that it wasn’t 2pm yet and they were still “preparing the room.” We sat in the cafe for 30 mins and lo and behold, the second that the clock struck 2pm (there is a large digital clock on the wall by the front desk), she walked over and said our room was ready. There was no phone call made by housekeeping to inform her the room was ready, so it was obvious she was waiting until it was 2. Not a huge deal, but just seemed kind of ridiculous that they hold to their check in time to the second (especially when we’re just just sitting there waiting for no reason).

Nice place, a bit noisy
Nice place to stay. Very spatious private bathroom. There's additional security card-entry door in lobby, felt really safe. Everything as in original photos. The only downside is it's a bit noisy - the windows are 1 layered with poor isolation. Street nearby is not very active, but the occational scooter/motorcycle 'roaring' in empty night streets were a bit annoying.

Good room and nice location.
The room has all the necessary supplies. Bathroom has good shower system, with good water pressure. The toiletries provided were sufficient. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The air conditioner is powerful enough for the weather. The location is quite good as well. It's a short walk to quite a few road side restaurants. Overall great experience.

Clean, pretty and very comfortable. Good location. The manager Aof went out of way to help me rebook a flight. He was wonderful. I really appreciated his assistance with the language and currency. Very professional and kind. I felt very safe and welcome at the hotel. Great experience and highly recommended.

I enjoyed the stay
Chiang Mai city is a place of treasures and this hotel is definitely one of them. The hotel itself is a very modern hotel plus they have Thai decorations everywhere, which gives us an enhanced experience. Also a beautiful small garden with good fungshui design. We experienced noise from street too but if you get a pair of ear plugs you'll have a nice sweet dream on the comfortable mattress. We stayed several hotels in Chiang Mai during past trips and I have to say this is the best bed I ever have in the city. The manager and his staff were also great, very attentive and helpful. They even parked their cars off street so I could have a large space to park the rental car.

Wonderful hotel. They have the softest sheets you can imagine. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. Help you rent a vespa (super cheap - 100% recommend doing so to see the town and outside of it), advise great restaurants, will call a taxi fro you, etc. Central location where you can walk anywhere. I would recommend to my friends and family.

Great hotel - very helpful and friendly manager
Very happy with the space itself, and the manager was great - he really went the extra mile to help us not only plan our days in Chiang Mai, but also to help us better understand the Thai culture and people. And his staff were also great, one in particular recommending a bar that we loved (live jazz). Our only slight dissatisfaction, which may or may not bother anyone else, was a continous pump sound within the walls that we could hear - other than that, would highly recommend 9 Suite Luxury Boutique Hotel.

Super staff, and a fabulous hotel
Very helpful staff and a lovely hotel. The only slight issue was the noise from the road, but this was also the case in another hotel I stayed in nearby. The hotel is new and looks just like it does in the pictures. I would stay here again and I would highly recommend if you want somewhere to stay in the old town.

Great staff!
Awesome hotel, great breakfast, clean and modern rooms! The only thing is the walls are thin and you can hear a lot of road noise from outside.

Friendly staff and very clean
This is a great hotel with some nice appointments in the room. We enjoyed our stay. The staff tries VERY hard to make everything perfect for their guests. It is located in the old city where the streets are fairly noisy with motorbikes,cars and honking. We were located on the street side and traffic and construction was quite loud but with windows closed and AC on you could mostly drown out the noise. The old section has fewer restaurants and wine and beer stores. Wine in particular doesn't seem to be very popular among the locals. Food is most often served in tiny street-side or little open to the street sit down restaurants ie street food. Can be quaint. Bigger restaurants are collected on a single street. The hotel gives you a choice of breakfast and it's a great way to start the day. Next time we might consider staying outside the old part and going into the walled part to visit but we really enjoyed our stay.

Brand new modern design. Right in the middle of the old city near city walls and an ancient temple. Convenient red vans charge 30 baht ($1 more or less) to take you anywhere within the old city area. Don’t take the three wheel Tuk Tuks without bargaining. They definitely overcharge. Walking distance to the famous Sunday walking street...a gigantic outdoor market with goods and goods from all around. And many spas around to soothe your aching foot and unwind your tired body. Very professional, friendly and helpful staff especially the young front desk guys. They help you find whatever you need even a 7 ft tall chicken statue :)

接客も良く、設備も新しく清潔で、総合的にみて高評価です。 ただ給湯の不具合が有りお湯が出ず（別の部屋は問題無し）結局3日目の昼過ぎまで復帰せず、あまりにも残念な対応でした。 暑い国ではありますが朝晩は気温が下がるため、水シャワーはかなり苦痛です。良い点も多いホテルだけに大変残念ですがリピートはありません。

재방문시 다시 이용하겠습니다~^^
직원들의 친절함이 너무 인상적이었습니다. 조식 메뉴도 하루전에 단품으로 신청하는데 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 위치도 치앙마이 여행하기에 딱 좋은 위치였습니다. 단 길가 옆이라서 새벽에 폭주족(?)의 오토바이 소리가 가끔씩 들렸지만 주변 치앙마이 숙소는 아주 외곽이 아니면 거의 비슷할거라 생각됩니다~^^

こじんまりしたブティックホテル、スタッフ最高です。
チェンマイらしいフレンドリーなスタッフがとても良かったです。場所も旧市街にあって便利でした。部屋も快適でした。唯一Wi-Fi環境が悪くて、友達と喧嘩になるほどスロー、改善を求めます。大晦日にニューイヤーパーティーをしてくれました。ドリンク2杯付き、それ以上は赤と白ワイン飲み放題でした。スタッフに又会いに行きたいと思います。

静かで場所も良い
お堀に近い旧市街の中です。セブンイレブンも徒歩圏内ですし場所も良い、夜は思ったより静かで快適でした。部屋はコンパクトですが、シャワーとバスは別々で使いやすい。旧市街の中ではおススメできるホテルです。

Wonderfull stay
Superbe hotel. Décoration magnifique et typique aussi bien dans l'établissement qu'à l'intérieur des chambres. Le petit déjeuner est très bon et donne le choix entre cuisine thai ou bien occidentale. Très bien situé dans le vieux quartier de Chiang mai.

快適
新しくできたホテルで清潔感があった。スタッフもニコニコしているし、空港の送迎も依頼をすればしてもらえて助かった。大通りの方へ歩けばトゥクトゥクも捕まえられたし、とっても快適でした。シャワーも申し分なかったです。 ただ、なぜか2日目以降にバスマットがなく少し困りました。また行くときは宿泊したいホテルでした。
