Good for early trip to airport

Adequate place for our needs - an early morning flight from airport. Manager arranged for taxi at 4 am and it was there early. Fairly basic services for any food in the area.

Good Airport Access

Nice hotel for quick access to Chiang Mai airport, very close, easy taxi access. Probably not the best place for visiting longer, access to Old City is pretty far and not too convenient. Also a fair amount of traffic noise. But the hotel is clean and service is good and helpful.

３ベッドルームを探していたので、そのニーズにピッタリで、部屋も清潔でスタッフもフレンドリーで感じよく、印象の良いサービスでした。ただ、所在地が地図とは随分異なり、なかなか見つかりませんでした。結局、現地の人にも助けてもらい、やっと空港より少し離れたR108沿いにあることがわかりました。地図を見て、歩いて空港に行けそうと思った、その当てが外れたことが残念です。

What hotel?

I chose to book this hotel (B&B) because it was situated next to the airport, which was suitable due to my very early flight the following morning. I am an experienced traveller, and I have never before had big troubles finding my hotel. This time I must admit that I had to give up. After spending more than two hours driving around the area in which the hotel should be located according to the map and distance from airport, including asking a number of persons in restaurants, hotels, army camp etc in the neighbourhood, I ended up finding that the hotel/B&B was situated in a totally different location. In addition, if I had chosen to stay, my trip to the airport would have been prolonged with approx. 7 km due to having to travel a distance on the motorway passing by in the wrong direction before being able to make a U- turn and head back to the airport. Adding time for heavy traffic, this establishment was no longer an option. For anyone looking for hotels close to the Chiang Mai airport, stay away from this place. There are several nice hotels close to the airport and easy to find.

Clean but bad location!

Unless you are just looking for a place close to the airport, don't bother. Clean and nice enough (though beds are hard), nothing in the area. Staff wasn't helpful in getting taxis, had to walk more than 30 minutes to find one into town. If it was closer to the city it would have been great!
