"We stayed for 4 nights and we really liked everything! The service, the staff and the location were incredible! The area was very nice and quiet, 7-11 and family mart was at the corner and next to the subway station( Shandao Temple station), and you can get the Metro Card from 7-11. Super convenient! One stop to Taipei Main station; 5 stops to 101 from opposite side! I will stay there again in the future! "

"The double room with a park view was very good. The view was amazing! There was a jacuzzi, and they also provided welcome fruit (just one banana) and snacks. In the basement, coffee and snacks were provided free of charge in the spacious lounge from 13:30 to 17:00. You can also charge your phone, which was helpful for organizing your luggage after checking out. Every staff are sooo nice and helpful. They always greet us with smile and recognize each guest very well.
I have to take my friend to hospital and they are super awesome by giving us many help - suggested a very nice hospital, called a taxi, wrote a note in Chinese for giving to the emergency room, and everything you can ask for. We are so grateful for their help.

"The location is superb!, MRT Taipei Main Station is next to the hotel by walking just 1 minute. There are bus stops, convenient stores, restuarants around the hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights. Room was really nice and clean. Breakfast was so good. The most made me impressed that was service mind of all employees. They are polite, nice and kind to guests. After checked-out left my luggages there and travelling around before time to airport, they took care of my things with care. If i have a chance to come back to taipei, Cosmos Hotel will be my first choice.

The room is a bit small but it is understandable for Taipei. The staffs are friendly and helpful; however, it is a bit difficult to communicate with some staff if you do not know Mandarin. Not every staff members at the lobby can communicate effectively in English."
