"Excellent polite staff. Parking was ample and easily accessible. I inspect things in its entirety and my room was well maintained. If anything could be improved I’d say the cooling capacity of the mini fridges that’s it but will continue staying here. The breakfast is the best I’ve experienced from a hotel. Ample amounts, great selection and delicious."

"Don't stay here. For the same price, you can get something better. After you pass the front desk, everything smells damp. There was 1 working ice machine, which we realized after checking a couple of floors. The advertised pool was down. The FIRST room they put us in had a TV that didn't work. The second room they tried to give us wouldn't read the key card. THIRD times a charm, right? Nope. The room just felt gross. Stains on the carpet and walls. The room never really cooled down. We were out of there by 7am. Didn't even try to see what breakfast looked like. Felt bad for the staff, seems like a great group in a bad place. "

"Stayed here for one night while traveling through Texas. The room and hotel premises are very clean. Bedding was clean and mattress was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again and would recommend"

"Yes, the breakfast was fresh and prepared. Well, I don't think they handle the rainy season well . I don't know we lost Powell for like 2 and a 1/2 hours other than that, the stay was, okay."

"The room was never serviced.I had to asked for clean towels. The checking never happened they put us in a room 425 and said their service was down. Never got a key to the room which was a major inconvenience and one day when asked to please open the room I was told to stay in the room, which I thought it was very rude given that this was all they fault during my stay. On checking out I did asked was going to be compensated for all the inconvenience they said that Hotel. Com was supposed to help with that. I don’t recommend this hotel….."

"I stayed at this property for 5 days and enjoyed. Check in was great and prompt, my room that was cleaned by Norma all 5 days were great. Every staff member I came into contact with was amazing and friendly. The best part about it was momma in the kitchen. First, the breakfast every morning was different and it was a good one. She greeted every guest and went over and above with everyone she interacted with. I had a sinus cold and she heard me coughing and ask me was I okay, I told her yes. She came back with cough drops for me to take to work. I will definitely staying here when I have to come in for work. Great job to all the women who work there y’all made my experience 10 out of 10."
