"The resort was great, however it was little difficult to locate. The views were breathtaking, all the rooms had views of the valley. They had many activities in the hotel like hiking, games. There we any independent activities to keep kids occupied like air hockey, foosball, carrom, trampoline. Breakfast, and tea was included. Breakfast buffet was an impressive spread with variety of north and south Indian options. My only complaint was that pool wasn’t heated, water was pretty cold to swim....

"The property was pretty far off from the Kasauli town and the approach road was a narrow winding road full of dirt and potholes. Construction work os also going on. Everytime you decide to visit anybolace, means 30-45 mins of bumpy roads. The staff is pretty indifferent. Called housekeeping, the phone kept ringing and then ended up picked up at reception and the receptionist asked me to called to call the extension again. Similar experience when calling Inhouse dining. Once an ask for full...

"Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. "
